The most stylish slippers to date
Have you ever tried on a pair of shoes and thought, "Where have these been all my life?" That's the exact thought I had when I received this stylish and oh, so comfortable pair of San Francisco-based Birdies slippers. Stylish, comfortable and the perfect transitional shoe from summer to fall. I've been obsessed with my The Robin pair, a twist on the classic loafer and I mean, who can resist tassels?
I was drawn to this pair of shoes due to its vibrant pink tassel color and the pattern. These shoes are inspired by "the world of interior design" and since I work in the interior space, I thought i was the perfect fit! Surprisingly, I don't own many patterned shoes so this was my opportunity to switch things up in my wardrobe. Not to mention, these shoes are SO comfortable with their arch support (which is often rare to find with slip-ons/flats) and perfect for the upcoming rainy, fall days with their no-slip rubber sole for inside traction and outdoor wearability -- no time for slip and falls here!
These shoes make such a statement and can be easily dressed up or down depending on your mood or the occasion. I personally love to wear my slippers with a pair of slightly distressed boyfriend jeans and a tee or blouse and some funky accessories (as seen in this styled look with my pair of round sunnies and clutch bag from Topshop during an ice cream run to Frankie & Jo's).
