I've only been back from our Florida vacay for a week and I'm missing the sunshine, ocean and sandy beaches already! Let's just say I'm ready for Seattle to kick this grey and rain to the curb. A girl can dream right?

To help me get by on these cold, wet spring days I'm relying on warm weather prints to keep me focused on summer which is only a few months away (yay!) If you missed my recent post featuring this Dolce Vita bomber from Moorea Seal you can check out how I styled this bomber with the accompanying printed dress here. I have a full blown obsession for cacti print this spring and I have a feeling it's going to make an appearance in my summer wardrobe too. I had been swooning over this bomber for a while via a few of my favorite bloggers on Instagram so when I spotted it in person at Moorea Seal downtown Seattle I was thrilled! After all, who can pass up a blush pink bomber with cacti print? Not me.

Styling this bomber is so fun for spring! It's lightweight but it's lined so it still gives you some extra warmth when worn, the style is more sporty with the ribbed sports trim and cuffs -- a personal favorite of mine when it comes to bombers. And really, the print just says it all. The pops of pink in the cacti print inspired me to bring out my hot pink Kate Spade crossbody purse that complimented the jacket perfectly! I love to show off pops of color in the spring and summer since my go-to color palette all year round tends to be more monochromatic. My Gigi Pip felt olive green hat is also an ode to the color palette in my look and love for floppy hats this time of year.

A black maxi dress worn underneath my bomber makes my overall outfit versatile for day, night, a date or for wearing at the office. This Nordstrom maxi has been my reliable LBD (long black dress) the last two years and goes with everything! I also love the slit in the front that helps with showing off shoes. My Steve Madden nude lace-up block heels from Nordstrom compliment my outfit all while giving it the feminine touch.

Stacked gold rings from Francesca's and a gold bar necklace from Nordstrom are my jewelry of choice for this look and tend to be my daily uniform. I don't think I'll ever tire of gold, dainty jewelry.

With the help of warm weather inspired prints I'm able to dream of the desert, sandy beaches and sunshine that Seattle is significantly lacking this spring! What are your favorite prints to wear this spring?
