Who else can't get enough of the beautiful blooms in Seattle this spring? I swear every corner I turn I spot a new selection of florals to admire or photograph (my camera roll is overflowing with cherry blossoms and tulips!) The colors of spring in Seattle have inspired me more than ever this year, especially when it comes to new pieces I'm adding to my wardrobe. My favorite color of spring would have to be blush pink. For me, blush is present in the clothing I wear, the rosΓ© wine I drink to the florals lining my neighborhood.

This trendy shade can be seen in my new favorite Burning Love Moto Jacket courtesy of Birdee ClothingI was initially drawn to this jacket for its edgy style from the frontal flaps, zipper accents and loose belt. But the selling point for me was the blush pink color of an otherwise edgy moto jacket that often come in varying shades of black. I love that this jacket still has an edge but looks so feminine! It's a lightweight jacket and the perfect layering piece for spring!

I paired my moto jacket with my Shop Jessake oatmeal pleated dress that is the ideal dress for spring. From the color palette to the looser fit with the drop waist and flared out pleats, every time I wear this dress I receive nothing but compliments! I love that it can also be dressed up with a pair of heels or worn more casually as seen in this look with a pair of Jeffrey Campbell sand colored mules. Accessorizing is left to a half updo bun and a chunky statement necklace from Nordstrom to accent the pastel colors and metallics within my outfit.

My blush pink obsession is strong this spring and with pieces like these, I'm able to feel feminine and fabulous despite Seattle's blustery weather! What are your favorite ways to rock blush this time of the year?
