Personalized home decor for the designer

Last weekend I was lucky enough to celebrate my 25th birthday with loved ones. As if a weekend full of wine tasting, dinners and celebration couldn't make me happier - I was gifted one of the most thoughtful and beautifully crafted gifts from my incredibly sweet boyfriend Tristan. Listen up y'all, if you know a designer or someone who really appreciates handmade and just plain beautiful design, these geos (as I call them) make the most perfect gift! These beauties were carefully and personally constructed by the amazing Mark Becker of Old Redwood found on Etsy.

I was lucky enough to meet Mark and his fiancΓ©e Stacey, two of Tristan's close friends, this past year when they visited Seattle and learn more about their designs and growing business. Tristan collaborated with Mark to construct a set of geometric shapes for my birthday that encapsulated all of my favorite things - two succulent/plant holders, a candle and a bottle opener.

Each geometric shape is created using different types of wood to achieve an ombre appearance (swoon). I love that they can be displayed separately or setup side by side. They make great statement pieces on a window sill, bookshelf or coffee table.

Gifts that are handmade and personal really touch my heart. These will forever hold a special place in my heart and will be a prominent show-stopper in my home. Be sure to check out Mark's Etsy shop to learn more about customizable options for transforming beautiful wood into one-of-a-kind homemade decor.
