We officially have snow in our forecast here in Seattle and the temperatures keep dropping to chilly numbers that require a lot of layers! Thankfully, my Buki Cocoon Coat arrived just in time to keep me warm on these types of cold days.

I've always been a fan of the duster coat but since I'm on the shorter side, I often felt as though wearing a longer coat would drown me. However, I'm happy to say this is not the case with my Buki Cocoon Coat! The coat ends at the middle of my leg and makes for an excellent (and warm) layering piece made of both Supima Cotton and Polyester. Being a lover of monochromatic tones, the charcoal color was a major selling point for me as it goes with everything in my wardrobe. The style of the coat is more loose but with the front pocket detailing and light grey interior flaps, it can easily be dressed up for work or date night or down for running errands or travel. In fact, I should mention that this is my go-to travel item. It keeps me feeling warm and cozy (like I'm wearing a bathrobe) but still looking stylish! Talk about a score.

Buki, whose line is considered to be a new sportswear collection for both men and women recently opened its Pop-Up shop downtown Seattle and is a great spot to stop in for the holidays as you are shopping for those on your Christmas list!

In this bundled up look I'm pairing my Buki Cocoon Coat with a lavender turtleneck from Nordstrom, my go-to charcoal pants from Forever21, a statement necklace from Brass Plum and my Halogen black studded heels. Staying bundled up but stylish is the key to success this winter and with Buki's timeless pieces, it's completely possible!
